We offer placements across 50+ major roles in the IT and Non-IT sector. However, there maybe some niche roles that we do not cater to, which will be notified to you before joining the Corporate Training Program itself.
We have a 96% Placement Rate with an average CTC over ₹5 LPA. The national average is a 25% Placement Rate with an average CTC of ₹2 LPA.
No, we don’t offer any minimum CTC guarantee, but we do help you maximize your CTC and generally only showcase your profile to high-paying roles. If you want to appear for interviews in a specific CTC range, we will only align those roles for you.
No, that is not possible since not all companies have open positions at all times. MNCs generally have specific times when they are hiring.

Our Corporate Training Programs have 3 Core Modules:
- Placement Related Training such as CV Preparation, Interview Preparation, and more.
- Communications Training under the guidelines of LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Job-Specific Skill Training such as skills pertaining to the job role selected by the Participant.
There is no magic pill to get a job, but Corporate Training will get you as close to your dream job as possible. With Corporate Training Programs designed by Corporate Leaders themselves, you will be learning from the best. To make things better, the same companies that design our Programs also recruit from us, giving you the best chance of getting placed.
The training period varies based on the selected Program from 7 days up to 4 months. That being said, Placements begin alongside the Training, so that you do not need to wait for the Training to end before you get a job in hand!

To qualify for a Corporate Training Program, you must meet the basic criteria like Educational Qualifications, English Fluency, etc. which vary based on the selected Program. If you qualify here, you will have a Final Interview Round, based on which you will get an Employability Report and admission.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to enrol unless you qualify from the Admissions Process.
You can re-apply after 3 months of your first application.
Yes, we offer no-cost EMI options. EMI duration and structure will vary based on the applicant’s eligibility.
The refund policy
Just before you proceed to pay, you would be able to view a specific space to input your coupon code.
Unfortunately, we do not refund, exchange or transfer the course fees. Refunds are only given in the case where the Agreement Terms of Placement are not fulfilled by Super Scholar.
To receive a refund under Placement Guarantee Programs, you must:
- Have less than 3 non-appearances in interviews scheduled by Super Scholar
- Have over 80% attendance in Training Sessions
- Have 100% attendance in Placement Sessions
To receive a refund under the Interview Fast Track Program, you must:
- Have less than 3 interviews aligned by Super Scholar
- Have over 80% attendance in Training Sessions
- Have 100% attendance in Placement Sessions

We have a pool of trained candidates with hands on experience, and have received industry relevant training. You companies can review, shortlist, assess and interview the candidates based on your requirements and hire the best candidates.
